In this all-level workshop we utilize seductive movement sequences, self-affirmations, beginner pole tricks, dance technique, soulful music and intentional flow movement. Students will be encouraged to explore
freestyle movement and discover what movement really turns them on.

Not only will students leave feeling empowered, but they will also have the knowledge to continuously use yoni eggs and sacred movement as a meditative and healing tool.

The first half hour of this class will be dedicated to learning about the yoni egg and its associated practice. This will include a Q+A session, and the opportunity to purchase your own organic, GIA certified crystal yoni egg to use for the second part of the workshop.
